I built the whole thing around one idea: stop paying for ads ppl skip, only pay for results, and framed it as the bridge between creators who wanna get paid and brands who want views. had to learn ai broll gen from scratch w zero prior experience for this, and kept iterating the whole way through since we explored a bunch of directions before it clicked.
