Role: Creative Director
Pay: $200–300K/year
Location: SF or Remote
Time zones: SF & NYC
Intensity: Intense
We're saying that last one up front because we mean it. If you want a comfortable senior creative seat where you review other people's work, this isn't it. If you want to build the creative engine of the next big player in the marketing and agency space, and get paid like it, keep reading.
Atomik Growth (atomikgrowth.com) helps the biggest tech podcasts, VCs, and tech companies find alpha in marketing by blending creative with distribution.
Our core business lines:
Podcasting: production and growth for top tech shows
Launch videos (launchvideo.com): the videos that make a product launch actually land
Community clipping: turning long-form content into distribution machines
We grew 10x in the last six months. Our clients are the names you already follow. Our ambition is to become the defining creative and marketing agency of this era of tech, and we're hiring the person who will set the creative bar for that.
Tech marketing is monotonous. Same launch formats, same talking-head videos, same recycled hooks. Your job is to pierce that monotony with original concepts that people actually remember, then execute them.
What you'll do:
Ideate. Generate original creative concepts across launch videos and launch moments. Ideas that don't look like anything else in the category.
Write. Author incredible scripts for launch videos. Writing is not delegated in this role; your words go on screen.
Bring industry expertise. You've worked in the creative space at a high level and you bring taste, references, and craft the rest of the team can learn from.
Set creative direction. Define what "Atomik quality" means and hold every piece of work, yours and the team's, to it.
Any one of these paths gets you in the door:
Marketing lead at a large, reputable brand. You've owned creative for a name people know.
Creative agency background. You've led an agency or held a key creative role at one.
No formal experience, just great work. You've made projects that went viral. Show us the work and the numbers; we don't care about the CV.
Whichever path you come from, you should have an understanding of, or at minimum a genuine interest in, the tech world. Our clients are podcasts, VCs, and tech companies. You need to speak their language.
Like every executive at Atomik, this role is not a management position. It's 20% management, 80% execution. At Atomik, we are all generals and soldiers. You'll set direction and do the work: writing scripts, shaping edits, getting hands-on with the output.
What we expect:
You produce original concepts at a high cadence, not one big idea a quarter
You write scripts that clients and audiences talk about
You raise the creative ceiling of everyone around you
You thrive in intensity: fast turnarounds, ambitious clients, high stakes launches
You're available across SF and NYC working hours
If the idea of being both the general and the soldier excites you, we want to talk.
When you apply include:
Your portfolio
Where are you based (country, city)
Are you happy with working NYC and SF times

Anything else you want to share (Links to socials, personal website, why you think you're a good fit for the role)
