- How do I join Vetted?
- Start with the application. Creators and brands are reviewed before they get full access.
- What does it mean if I am waitlisted?
- It means your application is saved, but we are not opening full access for that account yet. You will get an email if there is an update or a spot opens.
- I am a brand. Where do I start?
- You can browse creators, look through work, and apply for a brand account when you are ready to post jobs or hire.
- I am a creator. Can I update my profile and work?
- Yes. Approved creators can finish onboarding, edit their profile, and add portfolio work from inside the app.
- Where do billing or invoice questions go?
- Send them to support with the account email, invoice or payment details, and the job or hire it is tied to.
- I cannot get into my account. What should I send?
- Email us with the email or phone you used to sign in, the login method you tried, and any error you saw.
