Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Vetted operates a marketplace and workflow platform where brands and creators can discover each other, publish projects and job posts, communicate, submit applications, and manage related hiring workflows.

Unless expressly stated, Vetted is not a party to agreements between users and does not guarantee job outcomes, creator selection, project completion, payment collection, or business results.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts.
• You must provide accurate registration and profile information.
• You may not use the Services if prohibited by applicable law.

• You are responsible for activity under your account and safeguarding your credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or security incidents.
• We may require identity, onboarding, or approval checks for certain platform features.

You retain ownership of content you submit (including projects, job posts, applications, messages, and profile materials) ("User Content").

You grant Vetted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting/technical operation, display, and distribute User Content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

For creator portfolio and project content that is visible on the Services, you also grant Vetted permission to feature that content across Vetted-owned channels for marketing and promotional purposes, provided the creator is credited.

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and share your User Content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Post false, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
• Scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or abuse platform data or matching systems.
• Interfere with service security, availability, or integrity.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Brands and creators are responsible for confirming scope, timelines, deliverables, compensation, taxes, compliance, and contract terms between themselves unless an in-product flow explicitly states otherwise.

Vetted may provide tools to facilitate discovery and workflow management, but you are responsible for evaluating counterparties and deciding whether to engage.

The Services may include AI-assisted ranking, matching, tagging, or recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for informational purposes.

Vetted does not use user content to train third-party foundational AI models.

You remain solely responsible for business, hiring, legal, and operational decisions made using platform outputs.

• Some features require payment, and applicable fees are shown in-product at checkout.
• Billing and payment processing are handled through third-party payment providers.
• By purchasing paid features, you authorize charges under the selected plan or purchase model.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for taxes, duties, and government charges related to your use of paid services.

The Services rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, authentication, media processing, messaging, payments, and communications. Your use of third-party functionality may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and platform content (excluding User Content), are owned by Vetted or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETTED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETTED'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VETTED IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vetted, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, User Content, or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or harmed the platform or users.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
