We use AI-assisted tooling to improve relevance in workflows such as matching creators to roles and generating structured ranking signals. These systems are decision support tools and do not independently create legally binding hiring outcomes.

We do not use your content to train third-party foundational AI models.

Final hiring, payment, and contract decisions are made by platform users or authorized operators, not by automated systems alone.
